The article I have chosen is about one of are former president Jimmy
Carter, criticizing Obama's foreign policy. He says Obama has waited too long to
act in the situation ISIS. He says that because he has waited too long to act
they have accumulated more money and weapons. This affects how many people will

Carter has been known to give his opinion when it comes to are presidents. This
article is worth reading because it involves are military. Soldiers’ who are
fathers, sons, mothers and daughters; going back to war. Knowing this
information is important to help family’s prepare for their love one to go off
